EXICTOS presented on January 31st, in Talatona, on the outskirts of Luanda, the Asseco Academy, an academy for high-quality training in information technology. The event was attended by the EXICTOS CEO, Daniel Araújo, the member of the Higher Council of Asseco Poland, Dariusz Brzeski, and the Republic of Poland's ambassador to Angola, Piotr Mysliwiec.

Located next to the new EXICTOS offices in Talatona, the Asseco Academy is a training academy that aims to contribute to the development of human capital in Angola through the training and certification of professionals in the area of information technology related to the financial sector.

For EXICTOS CEO Daniel Araújo, the Asseco Academy is the result of years of commitment and engagement in the continuous development of competencies, which allows offering high-quality training encompassing evaluation and certification processes that greatly value those who attend it.

The first training course began on January 15 and is being attended by 20 newly graduated students and Angolan bank officials who were invited to enrich their knowledge on information technology. At the end of the course, some of these students will be recruited by EXICTOS to join the staff of its Angolan branch.

EXICTOS believes that the learning culture of an organization is recognized as one of its most important competitive advantages. In fact, studies have shown that organizations that rely on a strong learning culture achieve better results

Thus, investing in the development of the employees' competencies is mandatory, and this commitment to training is a key factor, concludes Daniel Araújo.
