Asseco has signed a framework agreement with ZUS

Asseco Poland has signed a framework agreement with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) for the modification and development of the Comprehensive IT System (KSI ZUS). The contract worth almost PLN 350 million gross will be executed within 4 years. The company has also signed an agreement for the modification of KSI ZUS in connection with new regulations concerning storage of employee files - the value of the contract amounts to PLN 24.5 million gross.

Under the framework agreement Asseco will provide services related to the development and modernization of the System.

The previous agreement was signed with three contractors. Despite the fact that each of these three companies applied for the execution of development orders, in about 80% of modifications Asseco submitted the best offers. This shows that we are well prepared to implement even the most demanding projects, such as the introduction of the e-Contribution or the modification of KSI ZUS resulting from the lowering of the retirement age. In recent years, we have proved that we are a trusted partner and that we take full responsibility for our tasks, said Arkadiusz Wójcik, Director of the Social Insurance Division, Asseco Poland.

In the tender for the modification and development of KSI ZUS, two offers have been submitted, including one made by Asseco Poland. ZUS has decided to select both bidders. They will compete for the implementation of the projects within the limits of the contract's budget.

Asseco has also signed an agreement for the modification of KSI ZUS in connection with shortening the period of storing employee files and their digitization, as well as for optimization changes in the "Płatnik" ("Payer") program, which will be carried out in two stages for the next 12 months.
