Asseco Mandatory Reporting is a software solution providing comprehensive and effective support for regulatory and management reporting.
This advanced solution enables the efficient preparation of miscellaneous reports in the ever-changing business environment. The system is traditionally used by financial institutions for the so-called mandatory reporting to the market regulators, including the European Banking Authority (EBA), National Bank of Poland (NBP), Bank Guarantee Fund (BGF), Financial Supervision Authority (FSA), as well as for stock exchange reporting and cyclical management reporting.
The system ensures complete support for the entire reporting process, starting by obtaining data from various source systems, through the process of converting data to the output format, and ending up with the presentation of results in the form and layout required by the report recipient.
Key functionalities
Efficiency
The system features a powerful report calculation engine which is capable of satisfying the needs of enterprise-class applications. It has been successfully deployed in the largest financial institutions in Poland.
Transparency
Reports generated from the system are fully auditable. All the figures contained in such reports can be traced back to a single record of underlying data, even long time after the end of the reporting period. The system totally departs from the so-called black box approach – each calculated amount has a well-documented history.
Flexibility
With a proven track record of dozens of successful implementations, the solution can be easily adapted to a changing business environment with a minimum effort from IT specialists of the reporting institution. Parameterization of the system is performed directly by business users, which has a beneficial effect on the speed of responding to any changes. Apart from offering the predefined reporting packages, the system allows for the compilation of own reports, including the definition of control rules and data calculation formulas.
High quality reports
Reports created in the system are subjected to a number of validation and control procedures. The system provides support in detecting the causes of non-compliance and helps eliminate any irregularities. The system allows for the reconciliation of reports by manual adjustments which are documented and have a real-time impact on the computed results, without the need for additional data processing.
Updating
All changes in the reporting packages which are introduced by regulatory authorities (e.g. EBA, NBP), regarding either the visual layout, control rules or data exchange format, are analyzed on an ongoing basis, incorporated into the CMR system, and subsequently delivered to its users.
