Asseco Audit Planning and Management System is a solution that provides comprehensive support for internal control and audit processes at Cooperative Banks.
The system operates in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, therefore meeting the requirements of Recommendation H of the Financial Supervision Authority and the Public Finance Act. Asseco APMS is a unique solution dedicated to Cooperative Banks which can be deployed irrespectively of the transaction system used by the bank. The implementation of Asseco APMS allows for better optimization and contributes to higher efficiency and effectiveness of internal control and audit processes at Cooperative Banks.
The system facilitates the creation of discretionary control plans or can create a plan automatically based on the results of risk assessment.
The system allows for creating a program of controls and audits, where the expected control mechanisms are aligned with the scenarios to be performed. It also enables the development of a detailed schedule of controls and audits. Asseco APMS ensures complete documentation of the process of setting up a control or audit.
