Innovative e-store using state-of-the-art eCommerce solutions
We offer deploying an innovative e-store using state-of-the-art eCommerce solutions. The frontend is based on in-house components embedded in the Portal. The backend components may consist of solutions developed either by 3rd party vendors (Hybris, ATG), or in-house, which allows for delivering advanced business activities, including the logistics process.
eCommerce deployment, bundled with a Portal solution, is an efficient and comprehensive way to acquire (eCommerce) and retain (Portal) customers. These solutions together for the basic version of Web presence.
|Improved customer satisfaction thanks to offering unique functionalities and ensuring high usefulness and ergonomics of the website||Improvement of the carrier’s product portfolio – together with a tariff, the subscriber acquires access to the easy to use SelfCare service|
|An additional channel for selling telecommunications services||Significant added value that is a “bridge” to telecommunications services|
eCommerce allows the user to freely model the product catalogue. It enables including both typical telecommunications product, such as telephone or tariff, and binary content, such as wallpapers and ringtones. This way, the carrier can use a single IT solution to deliver and manage its entire portfolio. Additionally, the customer provides cross-selling and up-selling tools, as well as creating a tailored offer based on each user’s profile. eCommerce uses customer data (purchase history and, for logged in users, the current tariff and active services) to target advertising campaigns and display offers tailored to the user’s expectations and needs.
Monitoring business processes throughout the products lifecycle; generating reports on the system’s performance and Customer behavior
Ability to use the Affinity Selling mechanism for creating customer recommendations automatically
Ability to create business scenarios and conduct marketing campaigns adjusted to individual customers
Close cooperation with Web Analytics for real time monitoring of the customer’s activity, sales efficiency and marketing campaign efficiency
