Adam Góral among the most effective CEOs

The CEO of Asseco was ranked as one of the top managers of the "Most Effective CEOs in 2016" in the category of companies from the WIG 20 index. The rank shows that at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the companies which are managed by their founders and owners achieve the best results. The list was prepared by the editorial staff of Harvard Business Review and Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers in cooperation with the Association of Individual Investors (SII). The rank was prepared on the basis of four main criteria: return rate for shareholders, capitalization, company transparency, and financial ratios.

There are few leaders in the market who can meet the short-term expectations of the environment and at the same time ensure a solid long-term performance. Adam Góral is a co-founder of Asseco Poland and has served as its CEO for more than 25 years. During that period, the Company was transformed into the Asseco Group, which is currently present in over 50 countries around the world and employs approximately 22,000 people.
