Volkswagen Bank is a modern institution which focuses on constant improvement of the quality of services provided to its customers. It is also eager to innovate, through e.g. the Enterprise Banking Platform (Asseco EBP), an omnichannel business e-banking solution implemented in 2019. The bank’s goal is to go fully digital, which is why it has decided to launch a mobile app in 2020 that would provide users with the same ease of managing their finances from their smartphone. It was to have the same functional scope as e-banking and allow for smooth adaptation to current and future customer needs. To carry out the project, Volkswagen Bank once again chose Asseco Poland, which was responsible for the implementation of the hybrid mobile application Asseco EBP.
