Effective data exchange with authorized entities
Asseco Authority Requests and Data Services (Asseco ARS) is a tool for data exchange between banks and other entities authorized to obtain information about customer accounts. It closely integrates with the bank's trading platform. It allows handling queries from the systems of the Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa [National Clearing House — KIR] (Ognivo and Central Information on Bank Accounts) and the National Revenue Administration STIR. It facilitates the transmission of messages regarding administrative and debt enforcement proceedings, supports mandatory reporting to the National Revenue Administration (KAS) and allows the handling of account freezes resulting from both KAS administrative decisions and enforcement seizures.
