PLANUS - advanced system for customs procedures

PLANUS is an integrated IT system, ensuring the creation and exchange of electronic customs declarations and messages with the systems of the National Revenue Administration on the basis of trade, warehouse and shipping documents.

It supports the handling of customs procedures in the scope of import, export and transit, ensuring the handling of customs declarations and automatic exchange of messages with customs administration systems. The solution is ready to connect with the client's IT resources while maintaining the integrity of architecture, processes and transactions.

JPK Tax Gateway

JPK Tax Gateway is an application used by companies to communicate with the Ministry of Finance (MF) in the area of tax settlements. It can be made available as a cloud service or a local installation in the client's IT environment.

Application’s functionalities:

  • Data import from XML and XLSX file
  • Conversion of data coming from various IT systems not adapted to JPK files
  • Visualization and aggregation of data
  • Ability to perform advanced control and audit tests
  • Transfer of JPK files according to MF interface requirements
