Your personal data may be shared with: accommodation service providers and entities processing data on behalf of the controller to support the organization of the conference and its business operations (subcontractors, suppliers, including providers of external systems). Such entities process personal data on the basis of a contract with the controller and only under the controller’s instructions.
Since the event is taking place in Serbia, the controller will transfer your personal data to an entity supporting the organization of the event that operates in that country; this transfer will be made pursuant to Article 49(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., with your consent.
Due to the IT infrastructure and telecommunication services used by the controller, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
