Notice for individuals participating in recruitment as part of the hiring of new employees, associates, interns, and trainees at Asseco Poland S.A. Regardless of how recruitment is conducted (through our websites, online portals, or direct contact), candidates are provided with notice on the processing of their personal data before deciding to submit their application.

The Controller of your personal data is: Asseco Poland S.A. with its registered office in Rzeszów, ul. Olchowa 14, 35-322 Rzeszów (controller). Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing:

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. to conduct recruitment processes involving your application – pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with Article 22(1) of the Labor Code;
  2. to conduct recruitment processes involving your application where the data provided go beyond the scope required by law, or in the case of a form of engagement other than an employment contract – based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  3. to consider your application in future recruitment processes – based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data Recipients:

Your personal data may be shared with entities processing data on behalf of the controller to support its day-to-day business operations (recruitment support providers, subcontractors, suppliers, including providers of external systems). Such entities act on the basis of a contract with the controller and only under the controller’s instructions.

Data Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA):

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA.

Data Retention Period:

Your personal data will be processed for no longer than 14 months from the date your application was submitted.

Your Rights:

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  1. access your personal data and request rectification;
  2. request the erasure of your data, under the conditions provided in Article 17 GDPR;
  3. request restriction of processing, under the conditions provided in Article 18 GDPR;
  4. withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, where processing is based on consent.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.

Requirement to Provide Data:

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in current and future recruitment processes.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling:

We do not make any decisions that significantly affect you through automated means, including profiling.
