Asseco Enterprise Banking Platform is a modern electronic banking solution for micro, small and medium enterprises and corporations. It base on the universal platform of online customer access and bank employees for products and business services. Thanks to Asseco EBP, the bank can implement the omnichannel strategy and permanently build its competitive advantage.
The system is based on an innovative concept of an internal mini-application ecosystem that creates unlimited opportunities to provide a wide range of personalized products and services. It also gives possibilities to customize the functionality to the user's requirements and habits, both by himself and by the bank.
Functionalities
Account management
- Access to current information on all accounts in the bank (bank accounts, deposits, investment loans, revolving loans, overdrafts)
- Overview of bank statements, order history and operations with the ability to search them. Service of payment instructions
- Implementation of domestic payment orders
- Support for standing orders, deferred payments, mass payments, payrolls and collective payments
- Support for foreign payments (SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET2)
- Implementation of order to direct payment from the creditors. Access to information about the status of the order, support for messages from the bank
Support for term deposits
- Implementation of deposit opening instruction, review of current deposit agreements, predefining maturity of deposits for specific bank accounts
Payment card service
- Access to current data on debit, credit and chargé card accounts as well as access to the list of card transactions both settled and pending
Cash operations
- Support for cash delivery and processes from the company's headquarters
- Execution of orders to pay withdrawals at the Bank's branches and execution of payment instructions for third parties
Handling of direct debits
- Execution of direct debit orders submitted by creditors
- Access to information on the order execution status, processing of messages from the debtor’s bank
Cash management
- Support for cash deliveries or collections to/from the company’s headquarters
- Execution of notified cash withdrawals at the bank branches as well as orders for making payments to third parties (e-checks)
Credit service
- On-line credit applications, monitoring of the current financial obligation, partial or full repayment of the loan and verification of the repayment schedule
Trade Finance
- Bank guarantees and letters of credit, dedicated document templates defined by client or bank side
Support for complex acceptance rules
- Defined acceptance rules taking into account the levels of competences established in the company allowing the implementation of multi-person transaction acceptance processes
Integration with finance and accounting systems
- Access to extensive mechanisms for importing orders and exporting execution statuses in many predefined formats (Elixir, XML, CSV, MT940, etc.) or user-defined ones
