Asseco was ranked 11th in the "100 largest Polish private companies" list prepared by the Forbes magazine. The company, whose revenues in 2020 exceeded PLN 12 billion, owes its success, among other things, to its consistent acquisition policy, which enabled it to build a business of global scale.

As one of the key acquisitions that Asseco made in foreign markets in 2010, the editors pointed to the acquisition of the Israeli Formula Systems group for PLN 420 million. In total, the largest IT company in the CEE region has made more than 110 of them.

Our key focus is invariably on selling our proprietary software and providing related services, as well as increasing the scale of our business through further acquisitions. Last year we were joined by 15 new companies, which allowed us to strengthen our position in foreign markets, said Adam Góral, President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland.

The place on the list of "100 largest Polish private companies" was determined by the value of the company, which in the case of Asseco was set at nearly PLN 7.5 billion.
